A 10% set-up fee will be deducted for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date. Should you wish to change the reservation date, we kindly request to be notified with at least 72 hours prior to the initial reservation. In this case, no additional charges will apply.

Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of the fee.

No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date or for “No show” reservations.

Where can I sit with my pass?
Passes do not include or guarantee seating. You’ll have access to the restaurant for 1 hour and 30 minutes. After that, if we are at full capacity, we may ask you to move to available space around the bar or rooftop. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

What time is the last check-in for the Morning Pass?
Guests must check in before 12:00 PM. The package runs from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and guests should return by 2:00 PM.

What time is the last check-in for the Day Pass & Ladies Pass ?
Guests must check in before 5:00 PM.

What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals will not be granted entry. No refunds will be issued.

Can I stay for the Afternoon if I booked the Morning Pass?
Unfortunately, no. The Morning Pass runs from 9:30 AM to 2 PM. If you’d like to stay longer, we recommend booking the Afternoon package separately.

Can I arrive earlier for lunch if I booked the Day Pass?
Yes! You’re welcome to arrive early for lunch. We suggest checking if the Morning package is available on your selected date.

Can I join my friend in their private bed or cabana with my pass?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to join your friend in their private area.

Can I bring my children?
Yes, children are welcome — but only during the Morning Session (9:30 AM to 2:00 PM). We offer a Kids Pass for children aged 4 to 14 years old.
For safety reasons, children under 4 years old are not permitted onboard.

Do you offer special pricing for children?
Yes, we offer a Kids Pass for children aged 4 to 14 years old.

Do you have a dress code?
Yes, a strict smart casual dress code applies for entry to Yona Beach Club. For full details on our dress code policy.

Yona Beach Club reserves the right to deny entry at its sole discretion.

No swimming or jumping off the boat for safety reasons.

Weapons and drugs (including Category 5 medicines) are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in removal without a refund.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

YONA Beach remains stationary for your safety.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests who do not follow the rules, dress code, or behave in a way that risks their safety or that of others.
