What payment method do you accept on the YONA? Do you have an ATM?
We accept all major credit cards including American express, prompt pay transfer, Alipay, google pay… There is no ATM available on the boat.

Do you provide towels and lockers ?
Yes, we provide the towels for the day, they will have to be returned before your departure to the main pier. We also offer free lockers for our guests. What happens if it rains during my visit to Yona Beach Club?
No worries! Our boat is equipped with a covered section that provides protection from the rain. We do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations unless our captain deems conditions unsafe. In such cases, activities may be suspended, and guests will receive a refund. Your safety is our top priority.

The internet is free for YONA Beach guest.
I’ve left behind a personal item. How can I get it back?

Do we need to book before coming to your beach club?
You are always welcome to come as a walk-in guest, but it is highly recommended to book in advance to be sure to benefit from its private bed, our floating beach club has a limited capacity, and we cannot guarantee beds to our customers who come without reservation.

Depending on your seat reservation, your package includes a food and beverage credit. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband to use for purchases onboard.
