How do I get to Yona, and what are the opening hours?

A shuttle service will take you from the pier of departure to YONA. Our shuttle boat from the Check-in Pier to Yona are available daily from 9:30AM to 5PM. (Last departure boat to access Yona is at 5PM)

This service is included in the price of the ticket.

Do you have a dress code?

We enforce a strict dress code policy. Guests are required to wear smart casual or elegant attire to enter the club.

Yona Beach Club reserves the right to deny entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.

ALL THE EXAMPLES BELOW ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
Casual Attire: Tank tops, sports jerseys, sweat pants, sarongs and elephant pants.
Offensive Clothing: Shirts or T-shirts with offensive content.
Bags: Cross-body bags, fanny packs, plastic bags, and satchels.
Topless Upon Arrival: Men are required to have their torso and shoulders covered when boarding the shuttle.
Activewear: Wetsuits, workout shorts and dive shirts.
Footwear: Crocs, costumes, sandals, flip-flops with socks, and costume shoes.
Ripped Clothing: Ripped T-shirts, pants, or shorts are not allowed.

Shoulder Coverage: Tops that cover the shoulders, made from nice natural materials with Flattering cuts
Chic Casual Pants: Consider pants made from quality materials like chinos, corduroy, or linen.

Footwear: Clean and aesthetically pleasing casual shoes.

What is the Morning Package?

Morning Package

Chill Vibe. Perfect for a more relaxed experience.

Time: 9:30 AM – 2 PM
Last check-in: 12:00 PM
Guests must depart YONA at 2 PM
Kitchen hours:
- From 9:30 AM until 11 AM: Breakfast menu available and drinks
- Full kitchen will be open at 11AM, last order at 1PM

*Minimum age 4+

What is the Afternoon Package?

Party Vibe. Perfect for a more relaxed experience. This package brings a vibrant party atmosphere with a DJ and performers.

Time: 2:00 PM-9:30 PM
Last check-in: 5 PM, late arrivals will not be granted entry, and no refund will be issued
Kitchen hours: will be open till 8:30PM

What are Yona Passes?

We offer 3 types of passes:

Morning Pass: Grants access from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. This family-friendly experience features a relaxed atmosphere with a live singer, making it perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy a scenic lunch. This is the only pass that includes guaranteed seating. (Minimum age 4+)
Day Pass: Provides full access from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, including the lively Afternoon experience with a DJ and performers. Ideal for those who want to dance, party, and catch the sunset. (Minimum age 20+)
Ladies Pass: Exclusively for women, offering the same access as the Day Pass (9:30 AM to 9:30 PM). (Minimum age 20+)

Please note: Passes do not include or guarantee seating, except for the Morning Pass, which comes with reserved seating. You’ll have access to the restaurant for 1 hour and 30 minutes. After that, if we are at full capacity, you may be asked to move to available space around the bar or rooftop. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

What time is the last check-in?

Morning Package : Last check-in is required by 12:00 PM.

Afternoon Package : Last check-in is required by 5:00 PM.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late arrivals will not be granted entry. No refunds will be issued.

What is the minimum age requirement to access Yona?

Morning Package : The minimum age is 4 years old. Pool access under parental supervision.

Afternoon Package: The minimum age for the Afternoon Package is 20 years old

What is on Yona’s food menu? Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?

Our restaurant, led by our French Chef, offers a diverse selection of dishes, from Japanese flavors to Mediterranean cuisine and even pizza options. Yes, we have vegetarian and vegan options available. Click here to view our full menu.

Does YONA cruise ?

YONA remains at anchor and does not sail for safety reasons.

What payment method do you accept on the YONA? Do you have an ATM?

We accept all major credit cards including American express, prompt pay transfer, Alipay, google pay…

There is no ATM available on the boat.

What kind of music is played on YONA?

Yona features an eclectic mix of uplifting house beats and dance classics, creating the perfect vibe for daytime parties. You can listen to our playlist on Spotify to get a feel for our music style.

Do you provide towels and lockers ?

Yes, we provide the towels for the day, they will have to be returned before your departure to the main pier.

We also offer free lockers for our guests. A 200 THB deposit is required, which will be refunded upon returning the key.

Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.

What happens if it rains during my visit to Yona Beach Club?

No worries! Our boat is equipped with a covered section that provides protection from the rain. We do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations unless our captain deems conditions unsafe. In such cases, activities may be suspended, and guests will receive a refund. Your safety is our top priority.

Is there WI-FI?

The internet is free for YONA Beach guest.

I’ve left behind a personal item. How can I get it back?

If you’ve lost or left behind a belonging, please email us at [email protected] or contact us by Line/WhatsApp at +66 024304400 and we’ll do our best to recover it for you.

Do we need to book before coming to your beach club?

You are always welcome to come as a walk-in guest, but it is highly recommended to book in advance to be sure to benefit from its private bed, our floating beach club has a limited capacity, and we cannot guarantee beds to our customers who come without reservation.

How does the food & beverage credit work?

Depending on your seat reservation, your package includes a food and beverage credit. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband to use for purchases onboard. If you exceed your credit, you can pay for additional consumption directly. Credits must be used on the same day in your reserved area and are non-refundable.

Can we reserve a large space for group bookings?

Absolutely! For large group bookings, please contact us directly so we can provide the best option for your needs. Fill out this form, and our sales team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Is it possible to privatize YONA?

Yes! You can fully privatize YONA or reserve a semi-private area for your event. Please fill out this form, and our sales team will reach out within 48 hours.

Is it possible to bring additional friends to my private area such as cabana, sofa or bed?

Yes, you can bring more friends with you to your private cabana space.

Your cabana package already includes a certain number of entrance tickets, but if you need additional tickets for your friend, you can purchase a day pass. This will allow them to join you in your private area and enjoy all the amenities and services that are included in the package.

What is the cancellation policy on YONA?

Regular Days (Morning & Afternoon Packages):

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date will incur a 10% setup fee. Date changes are allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice at no extra charge.

Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation or “No Show” bookings are non-refundable.

Refund processing time may take 3 to 15 days, depending on your bank.

Special Events:

All cancellations and “No Show” bookings are non-refundable.

Can I come on board with my own boat?

Yes, you can come on board Yona with your own means. Parking or anchor around Yona is prohibited, so our shuttle will pick you up for the last meters.

Where can I park my car or my scooter?

We have parking space available in Royal Phuket Marina.

However, when YONA is located at Patong Pier, there is no designated parking. We recommend arriving by taxi for a more convenient experience.

What are the safety rules onboard?

Minimum age for the Morning Package is 4 years old.
Minimum age for the Afternoon Package is 20 years old.
Swimming in the sea around the boat and jumping off the boat is strictly forbidden.
Swimming at the pool is allowed at the guest’s own risk, YONA can provide life jackets on board but in case the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.
YONA Beach does not sail for safety reasons.
Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.
Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables items during the YONA experience, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry, if in the view of the venue, the guests’ behavior or dress code is unsatisfactory, or that guests are not following the boat rules, putting themselves and others at risk.

Prohibited Items

All bags and belongings will be checked upon entry. Any restricted items will be held by security until departure. Yona Beach Club reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests who do not comply with these policies without refund.

Professional photography and videography equipment, including video cameras and telescopic lenses, unless approved by Yona Beach Club in advance

Balloons and decorations
Illegal substances and drugs, including Category 5 medicines and any other prohibited substances, are strictly banned. Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the venue, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Weapons

Yona Beach Club provides accident insurance for all guests who have completed the check-in process and provided their full name. Coverage may vary, either fully or partially covering costs depending on the amount.

In the event of an accident, guests must report it within 24 hours of their visit, accompanied by official documentation from a hospital.
