Where is YONA and what is the opening time?
Located on the picturesque shores of Phuket, YONA Beach is truly a one-of-a-kind floating beach club. This stunning boat is designed to offer a wide range of amenities for a truly unforgettable experience.

How do we get to YONA?
A shuttle service will take you from the pier of departure to YONA. Our shuttle boat from the Pier to Yona are available daily from 12PM to 4PM. (Last departure boat to access Yona is at 4PM)
This service is included in the price of the ticket.
What is the Morning Package?
Morning Package
Chill Vibe. Perfect for a more relaxed experience.
- Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Last check-in: 12:00 PM
- Guests must depart YONA at 1:30 PM
- Kitchen hours:
- From 9:30 AM until 11 AM: Soft drink, fresh juice and fruits platters will be available to order
- Full kitchen will be open at 11 AM, last order at 1 PM
- Alcohol service begins at 11 AM
What is the Afternoon Package?

Party Vibe. Perfect for a more relaxed experience. This package brings a vibrant party atmosphere with a DJ and performers.
- Time: 2:00 PM-9:30 PM
- Last check-in: 5 PM, late arrivals will not be granted entry, and no refund will be issued
- Guests must depart YONA at 1:30 PM
- Kitchen hours: will be open from 11 AM to 8:30PM
What time is the last check-in?
Morning Package : Last check-in is required by 12:00 PM.

What happens if I arrive late?

Is there a refund policy?
Late Arrival : No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed check-ins.
What is the minimum entry age required to come onboard YONA?
Morning Package : The minimum age is 8 years old. Pool access under parental supervision.
Afternoon Package : The minimum age for the Afternoon Package is 18 years old.
What is the YONA menu? Do you have vegetarian food on board?
Treat your taste buds to delicious Mediterranean and coastal cuisine at our scenic seaview restaurant.
Vegan/Vegetarian options: We have plenty of options for dietary requirements.
Does YONA navigate?
YONA remains at anchor and does not sail for safety reasons. We want maximum safety on board and maximum comfort for our guests.
What payment method do you accept on the YONA? Do you have an ATM?
We accept all major credit cards including American express, prompt pay transfer, Alipay, google pay…
There is no ATM available on the boat.
What kind of music is played on YONA?
With an eclectic mix of daytime parties, the music ranges from uplifting House beats to dance classics..
Do you have a dress code?
Yona Beach Club reserves the right to deny entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.
ALL THE EXAMPLES BELOW ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
Casual Attire: Tank tops, sports jerseys, sweat pants, sarongs and elephant pants.
Offensive Clothing: Shirts or T-shirts with offensive content.
Bags: Cross-body bags, fanny packs, plastic bags, and satchels.
Topless Upon Arrival: Men are required to have their torso and shoulders covered when boarding the shuttle.
Activewear: Wetsuits, workout shorts and dive shirts.
Footwear: Crocs, costumes, sandals, flip-flops with socks, and costume shoes.
Ripped Clothing: Ripped T-shirts, pants, or shorts are not allowed.

Shoulder Coverage: Tops that cover the shoulders, made from nice natural materials with Flattering cuts
Chic Casual Pants: Consider pants made from quality materials like chinos, corduroy, or linen.
Casual Chic Shorts: Casual Chic shorts are stylish and well-fitting shorts.
Footwear: Clean and aesthetically pleasing casual shoes.
Accessories: Stylish and clean accessories.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we provide the towels for the day, they will have to be returned before your departure to the main pier.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we do have lockers available for 200 THB. You have the option to use your credit onboard to redeem your locker rental. Loss of the locker key will result in a 500 THB fine.
Lockers are available at first come first serve basis and not possible to reserve in advance.
What happens if it rains during my visit to Yona Beach Club?
Not to worry! Our boat is equipped with a covered section that provides protection from the rain. So even if it does rain, you can still enjoy our amenities.
Is there WI-FI?
The internet is free for YONA Beach guest.
Are animals allowed on the property?
No animals are allowed on YONA Beach for safety reasons.
I’ve left behind a personal item. How can I get it back?

BOOKING
Do we need to book before coming to your beach club?
You are always welcome to come as a walk-in guest, but it is highly recommended to book in advance to be sure to benefit from its private bed, our floating beach club has a limited capacity, and we cannot guarantee beds to our customers who come without reservation.

Can you explain how the credit to spend works?
The price is between 5000THB to 20 000THB depending on which premium table and how large your group will be. We recommended pre-booking to guarantee your bed. [email protected]

Can we reserve a large space for group bookings?

What is the cancellation policy on YONA?
A 10% set-up fee will be deducted for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date. Should you wish to change the reservation date, we kindly request to be notified at least 72 hours prior to the initial reservation date. In this case no additional charges will apply.
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of the fee.
No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date or for “No show” reservations.
Is it possible to privatize YONA?
We’d be happy to host your special event. For weddings, corporate functions, or other large group events, please email: [email protected] or send a request via this form .
Is it possible to bring additional friends to my private area such as cabana, sofa or bed?
Yes, you can bring more friends with you to your private cabana space.
Your cabana package already includes a certain number of entrance tickets, but if you need additional tickets for your friend, you can purchase a day pass. This will allow them to join you in your private area and enjoy all the amenities and services that are included in the package.
TRANSPORTATION
Can I come on board with my own boat?
Yes, you can come on board Yona with your own means. Parking or anchor around Yona is prohibited, so our shuttle will pick you up for the last meters.
Where can I park my car or my scooter?
We have parking space available in Royal Phuket Marina.
SAFETY
What are the safety rules onboard?
Drugs and weapons are prohibited onboard.
Is YONA recommended for the seniors or pregnant women?
YONA experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old, or pregnant women.
Is it allowed to swim in the sea around YONA?
Swimming in the sea around Yona is strictly forbidden.
