FAQ
- What is the Morning Package? : Perfect for a more relaxed experience. Begins at 9:30 AM and ends at 2 PM. However, you’re welcome to stay after this time, please note that seating will no longer be reserved for Morning Package guests.
- What time is the last check-in? : Guests are required to check in before 12PM and should return by 2 PM.
- What happens if I arrive late? : For Morning Package, the last check-in is required by 12:00 PM. Late arrivals will not be granted entry. No refunds will be issued.
- What is the minimum entry age required to come onboard YONA? : For Morning Package, the minimum age is 4 years old. Pool access under parental supervision.
- What are the safety rules onboard? : Drugs and weapons are prohibited onboard.
- Is it allowed to swim in the sea around YONA? : Swimming in the sea around Yona is strictly forbidden.
ON BOARD RULES
- No swimming or jumping off the boat for safety reasons.
- Weapons and drugs (including Category 5 medicines) are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in removal without a refund.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- YONA Beach remains stationary for your safety.
- We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests who do not follow the rules, dress code , or behave in a way that risks their safety or that of others.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A 10% set-up fee will be deducted for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date. Should you wish to change the reservation date, we kindly request to be notified with at least 72 hours prior to the initial reservation. In this case, no additional charges will apply.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of the fee.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date or for “No show” reservations.
