Regular Days (Morning & Afternoon Packages):
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date will incur a 10% setup fee. Date changes are allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice at no extra charge.
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation or “No Show” bookings are non-refundable.
Refund processing time may take 3 to 15 days, depending on your bank.
